Method

Method

  • 3 cups white chocolate (melted)
  • 1 cup choco chips
  • Black food colour
  • 1 piping cone

Method

  1. Pierce a straw in each HoneyBell Eggfree Vanilla cake
  2. Now cover the HoneyBell Eggfree Vanilla cakes completely in melted white chocolate for the mummy's colour
  3. Let it set for an hour
  4. Fill some melted white chocolate in a piping cone & drizzle white chocolate around the HoneyBell Eggfree Vanilla cakes to create the mummy effect
  5. Place 2 white chocolate chips as eyes on each pop & complete it with black food colour

  • 10 HoneyBell Eggfree Vanilla Cakes
  • 10 straws
  • White chocolate (melted)
  • Green food colour
  • Bottle of dark chocolate syrup
  • Choco chips
  • Piping cone

Method

  1. Pierce a straw in each HoneyBell Eggfree Vanilla cake
  2. Add Green food colour to the melted white chocolate and stir until colour is evenly distributed
  3. Dip each cake completely in melted white chocolate
  4. Take a small amount of the chocolate syrup & dip the top ⅛ th of the HoneyBell in for 'hair'. Place back on the lined sheet tray and let it harden again.
  5. Taking two choco chips per HoneyBell, place a little dot of chocolate syrup on the side of each choco chip and place on the lower ¼ th area for the bolts on Frankenstein's neck
  6. Put melted chocolate in a piping cone & create the facial features of FRANKENSTEIN!

  • Banana Cream Instant Pudding
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 2 ½ cups whipped cream
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • HoneyBell Eggfree Vanilla Cakes (sliced)

Method

  1. Whisk together instant pudding mix and milk until it thickens in a bowl and place it in the refrigerator while you prepare whipped cream
  2. Beat whipping cream and powdered sugar on medium flame until it begins to thicken
  3. Add whipped cream into pudding with a rubber spatula, until smooth and combined
  4. Place the first layer of the pudding at the bottom of a small glass with sliced HoneyBell Eggfree Vanilla Cakes
  5. Top it with sliced bananas and a layer of pudding again
  6. Repeat layers with the remaining whipped cream

  • Butter Cream Frosting
  • Blue Food Colour
  • White Chocolate Chips + Black Icing Tube
  • 12 Small Cake cups

Method

  1. Cut a HoneyBell Eggfree Vanilla Cake vertically in half
  2. One half will be the Minion's face and the other will be the base
  3. To make the faces of the Minions, press two white chocolate chips into the cake to form eyes
  4. Using the Black icing tube, complete the eyes and draw goggles around them
  5. Don't forget to complete your Minion's face with a funny smile
  6. Add a few drops of blue colour to the Butter cream frosting depending on how dark you want the icing

  • Chopped Strawberries
  • Strawberry syrup
  • Whipped cream

Method

  1. Place the chopped strawberries at the bottom of a glass and then place the sliced HoneyBell cake over it
  2. Pour and spread the strawberry syrup over the HoneyBell cake layer, and add chopped strawberries and another layer of cake again
  3. Top the dessert with whipped cream and place a strawberry over it to give it a finished look

  • 200 gms Mascarpone cheese
  • 175 gms cream
  • 70 gms sugar
  • Strong coffee
  • Vanilla essence
  • Cocoa powder (preferably without sugar)

Method

  1. Whip cream until thick
  2. Add vanilla essence and sugar and whisk till hard peak
  3. Add the mascarpone cheese and mix till smooth consistency
  4. Cover and place in fridge
  5. Prepare cups/glasses with first layer of HoneyBell Eggfree Vanilla Cake soaked in mixture of strong coffee to your taste
  6. Create alternate layers of soaked HoneyBell Eggfree Vanilla Cake and cream cheese mixture
  7. Final layer should be a cream layer
  8. Store in fridge for a minimum of 8 hrs
  9. Before serving, sprinkle cocoa powder generously on top of each portion

  • 1 ripe banana (mashed)
  • 150 gms natural peanut butter

Method

  1. Slice 12 HoneyBell Eggfree Vanilla Cakes in half and set aside
  2. Stir the whole mashed banana and 150gms peanut butter together until well-blended
  3. This makes filling of exactly 12 tablespoons
  4. Fill each HoneyBell Eggfree Vanilla Cake with 1 tablespoon of the filling, spreading somewhat evenly
  5. Just frost the cakes on the top if you like :)
